Introduction to Violence at Work
The aim of this course is to increase awareness of the problem of violence at work and how to keep safe.
All staff, that need to be introduced to the subject of violence at work and keeping safe.
It could also be included as part of general health and safety training.
The course covers the following topics:
• What is violence at work?
• Identification of risks they may face
• Actions to be taken to ensure safety at work
Half day
By means of a review of the students' own work practices
By use of exercises, handouts and group work etc in an informal setting, either on your premises or in our training room. Each student receives a copy of the textbook and handouts. Our courses are conducted in English, but a range of foreign language papers and work books are available for candidates who would find it easier.

Norman Gentry Consulting Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates successfully completing the course.
At the end of the course, as part of our quality monitoring procedures and to contribute to the on-going development and improvement of the programme, all delegates will be asked to complete a course evaluation.
