Under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 a company is responsible for the safety of its employees Whilst we check to make sure that they are not electrocuted or tripping over holes in the carpet, what about their safety when they are dealing with the public in general or in their own homes?
There has been a big rise in incidents recorded under RIDDOR
These training courses have been designed to provide essential knowledge and understanding for employees working in any sector of business, whether manufacturing, commerce, public sector or the service industries.
They can also be adapted for individual company needs (E.g. an introductory talk)
